Regarding subscriptions and payments: Apple is responsible for all purchases made in the App Store. PicShift cannot provide billing information, refunds or any other payment information – this all must be directed to Apple. All subscriptions and refunds on the App Store are managed by Apple.
To cancel a subscription, open Settings on your device and tap your name/Apple ID at the top. Here you can view your active and expired subscriptions, and they can be managed from this menu. Refunds can be requested by tapping the “Report a Problem” button in the receipt email provided by Apple. We cannot issue refunds or make subscription changes; this is all managed by Apple.
